Suzy trahan
DDF director
Suzy Trahan LDN, RDN, has been part of WCCH for 26+ years and DDF for 21, leading with passion as director. She oversees financials, marketing, maintenance and member engagement, but her true joy comes from helping others reach their fitness goals. Suzy is a former National Trainer and video presenter for MOSSA, an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and a Wellcoaches-trained professional. She loves the family atmosphere at DDF and finds joy in watching members achieve their goals.
Fun fact—Suzy was Miss Rodeo America 1987!
When she’s not at DDF, she gives back by teaching catechism, serving as a lector and volunteering at St. Peter the Apostle Church in Hackberry.
Robin Pitre
DDF - sulphur Manager
Robin started as a member, fell in love with group fitness and never looked back! Now, as DDF Sulphur Manager and Group Fitness Coordinator, she’s creating schedules, supporting instructors and making sure every class is fun, challenging and welcoming. Certified in everything from Ride to Centergy, she helps members build strength and confidence every day. When she’s not leading a class, you’ll find her cheering on her daughter’s volleyball games, painting, reading or dancing.
Megan Majors
DDF - moss bluff manager
Megan’s fitness journey started with her own health transformation, and now she’s on a mission to inspire others. With a Master’s in Exercise Physiology and a certification as a Cancer Exercise Specialist, she’s dedicated to helping people of all backgrounds move, heal and thrive. When she’s not leading the team or mentoring others, Megan is likely outdoors—hunting, fishing or restoring old vehicles with her husband.
Shelby Hodges, cscs

Shelby Hodges, CSCS, is an exercise specialist at DDF. He is responsible for implementing exercise and wellness programming, ensuring the safe and effective use of fitness equipment and developing appropriate exercise plans for members at both Dynamic Fitness locations.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance from McNeese State University and is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Parisi Training System Certified Speed Training Coach, and US Soccer Federation Licensed Coach.
sayli maynard
Office Systems & Sales Manager
The behind-the-scenes powerhouse at DDF, Sayli keeps everything running smoothly while cheering on members in their fitness journeys. Whether managing the sales team, troubleshooting software or leading a Group Ride class, she brings passion and energy to everything she does. Outside of work, she’s coaching volleyball, gaming with friends or diving into a good book. And if you ever need tips on balancing fitness with a busy life—she’s your go-to!

New to the team but already making an impact, Brenon is here to help you move better, feel stronger and crush your fitness goals. With a degree in Kinesiology and hands-on experience in athletic training, he brings a mix of science and motivation to every session. A former McNeese cheerleader and boxing enthusiast, Brenon knows the value of staying active—and he’s ready to get you there too! When he’s not coaching clients, you’ll find him traveling with his wife or enjoying the outdoors.

Jessica believes fitness should be fun, empowering and life-changing! With a passion for the “Exercise is Medicine” movement, she helps clients build strength, balance hormones and feel their best. When she’s not training or coaching SilverSneakers, she’s cheering on her kids at their sports games or crafting homemade candles for local farmers markets!

Whether she’s leading personal training, group aquatics or SilverSneakers, she brings energy and encouragement to every session. With a background in kinesiology, she’s always exploring new ways to help clients succeed. Outside the gym, she loves scuba diving, outdoor adventures and family time!

Dynamic Dimensions Fitness Centers has locations in Moss Bluff, Louisiana and Sulphur, Louisiana.
In Moss Bluff, the facility is located at 602 Sam Houston Jones Parkway. In Sulphur, the facility is located at 545 Cypress Street.
Each location offers 24-hour access, and for members not utilizing the 24-hour access program, normal business hours are listed as follows:

8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Child Care Hours:
Registration is required.
Monday - Thursday
8 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. // 4 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
Friday
8 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
30-minute time slots available (maximum of three (3) time slot registrations per day).
Registrations can be back-to-back or split during the day.
